The interdictions I encountered with the Type-9 are not avoidable at all, as the escape vector moves too fast to be even remotely reachable with my own controls. I was not intending to jettison the mission cargo, but non-mission cargo loaded as an extra. Your answers are not helpful, because you do not understand the question. This is why I recommend to try and beat the Interdiction, it's the safest option. They are a threat, and you should avoid them if possible. They are usually high ranked and in a powerful combat ship. They will attack on sight and will ignore any attempt to sate them with cargo. Mission related Pirates are not after your cargo, they are coming to kill you.
